Rochdale Jujitsu is run by Sensei Sam Butterworth and Sempai Karen Hurst. Together they have a strong team of experienced Dan Grades providing expert teaching, with a group of young up and coming Junior Black Belts.
The Dojo is situated in Milnrow, Rochdale. It has a sizable studio which is fully equipped with all the facilities needed and is a safe and welcoming environment, where people may train to their own abilities.
We train and teach to a very high standard of traditional and modern Jujitsu, Iaido, Tai Chi Chuan and women's self defence, incorporating the experiences of the Sensei's to improve the art. This allows us to cater to a wide range of abilities, young, old, able-bodied and disabled people alike.
We encourage fitness, respect, discipline and friendship throughout our lessons and teachings. This in turn passes onto our students in and out of the Dojo.

Middle Floor, Albert Mill,
We have created a specific Junior syllabus which enables them to learn progressively. With emphasis not only on Jujitsu, but also respect and tolerance.
